The incumbent will supervise individuals responsible for the daily operations of the Corporate Actions and/or Proxy Units. Monitor and critique daily work flow of Subordinates, interview and train new associates, work closely with internal departments and external subcustodian banks to ensure that daily work produced is of high quality. Participate in special projects as required.

The qualified candidate will have 5-6 years experience. 2-4 years supervisory experience. BS/BA or equivalent. Independent and analytical judgment and knowledge of securities processing required. Abiity to work in a fast paced, deadline driven department.
