Coroplast, a dynamic, successful, and growing company with a niche market in the corrugated plastics industry, is looking for a candidate with strong accounting experience who is ready to assume the senior corporate financial position with our organization. This candidate will move into the Corporate Controller position in 2-3 years. This position will be responsible for operations in Dallas, Kentucky and Quebec, Canada, and will require travel.

As the Sr. Director, Financial Services you will be responsible for:

1 - Financial Analysis and Control, including: Standard Costs, Pricing, Receivables, Inventory, Scrap (and ways to reduce it)


2- Budgets and forecasts


3- Operational budgets and Analyses, including: Reviewing permit activity, Inspections and corrective action, Contracts, and cancellations, Credit and Collections, developing Manufacturing Metric processes and Sales and Customer Satisfaction tracking

 

4- Development and management of the Financial Services department.

 

What you need to apply:
~ BS or higher degree in Accounting
~ CPA, or CPA, is a must
~ Strong financial analysis background with forecasting, budgeting and credit are key components.
** Any background in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
** Leadership experience, especially on a regional or divisional level a plus
~ Positive attitude, strong interpersonal, communication and team playing skills
~ Ability to travel up to 30% in the U. S. and Canada
