Sr. Finance Manager

Partner with Market BOD and Network ED to prepare and manage to annual network expense plan, including reporting & analysis, identify and investigate variances, expense budgeting, & network expense auditing. Identify risks & opportunities and recommendations to leadership to ensure aggressive financial targets are achieved. Manage month-end close for market, including accruals & variance analysis. Manage monthly expense forecast process for market & provide leadership team with monthly financial results reporting & analysis. Includes both expense & minutes volume forecasts. Partner with regional & market teams on expense issues; provide decision support & financial benchmarking. Includes integration and rationalization expense forecasting & management. Serve as central point of contact to national team on market expense issues. Maintain balance between adhering to national guidelines & standards & meeting local market financial needs. Ensure sound internal controls environment, including Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA Finance/Accounting. 6+ years experience, preferably in wireless. 2-3 years management experience. Ability to work in fast paced environment and work well under pressure. Ability to work independently and to interface with all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills. Advanced knowledge in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Strong knowledge of financial systems preferred: Oracle, Essbase, Outlooksoft, databases. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
