Sr. Implementation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 



The position supports Visa USA Members with the Implementation of various products and services. Specific responsibilities involve providing overall project management support for Issuers implementing new Visa products and services, coordinating internal resources across multiple functional areas as support for the implementation and managing non-routine and complex processes and procedures specific to the Issuer implementation. This individual will

also provide assistance in evaluating process, procedures, documentation, tracking and

reporting for the new products and services in conjunction with the product owner. 

 



Secondary job responsibilities: 



Additional responsibilities include creation and maintenance of detailed project plans and documentation that support the projects, problem solving, planning and conducting Member meetings and conference calls, and serving as customer liaison for all project related tasks.

This candidate will be responsible for reviewing options and requirements with the customer

and sharing best practices related to new products and services. Projects will vary in scope

and complexity. This person must also be able to handle multiple priorities at once and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management.

 



REQUIREMENTS: 



? Qualified candidates must demonstrate solid working knowledge/skill in project management and customer service

? 3+ years experience in project management/customer service within the payment products industry is required

? A BA/BS degree OR equivalent years of experience and formal training are required

? Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of VisaNet processing, and understand Visa's core services

? Aptitude and ability to manage customer relationships are crucial to this role

? Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a high-level skill set of communication to include oral, written and comprehension

? Candidates should be flexible, detail oriented, creative problem solvers, and work well in a team environment

? Database proficiency and intermediate level MS Word & Excel are a must

? The ability to comprehend and articulate complex, technical issues and demonstrated sound judgment are vital to being a success in this role
