What would you be doing?

In this role, you would have the opportunity to work directly with the Mergers & Acquisitions team, conducting analysis of retail market trends and contributing to retail industry reports for our client. Your responsibilities would include:Gathering information on the retail marketplacePerforming data analysisCreating market reportsForecasting market trends and making recommendationsConducting data validationDocumenting conclusions in the form of reports, narratives, newsletters and graphsCommunicating with leasing teams, management and acquisitions teams

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Demonstrated analytical and statistical experience is required, as is the ability to create statistical models. The ability to translate data into logical and easily understood language/narrative is essential. Candidates that can change gears quickly from one project to the next are highly desirable. A working knowledge of the retail industry is preferred, along with good business writing skills and a background in real estate. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor?s in a related field is ideal.
