PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage ongoing priorities, enhancements and projects related to the usage of Oracle applications and participate in rollouts of new modules and functionality within the region. Participate in evaluation of product needs for specific applications of expertise. Responsible for communicating those needs to management and collaborating with fellow team members on overall global systems upgrades, rollouts, evaluation and planning to ensure ongoing supportability of the currently implemented functionality. Interact with regional users and management; design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Provide training services to regional 'power users' and 'end users' and manage user expectations. Review of new functionality delivered by the application vendors and communication to business users. Assess and determine scope of implementation effort for consideration within the overall project/enhancement queue. For assigned upgrades, enhancements and new global systems solutions projects, deliver effective business requirements analysis and documentation where applicable. Develop project plans and determine necessary resources, manage project tasks and timeline, and ensure delivery of necessary system configuration or specifications documentation. Ensure effective communication of project issues and status, and ensure successful implementation by working in a coordinating and collaborative role with business owners, GTO Development, GTO Data Architecture and other MasterCard Finance Departments and Procurement Organizations. Responsibilities may also include working closely with external software vendors and/or consultants to understand key features and new functionality in order to share such information with internal business users and management and/or to utilize vendor resources to assist with specific implementations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Self-Service applications implementation and/or upgrade experience required, additional modules preferred. 5+ years experience in cross-modular financial applications project management or support including 3+ years experience with Oracle Financials applications. Knowledge of functional business processes surrounding the applications. Experience with structured systems management and project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Projects and Visio required. Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects and multiple concurrent initiatives effectively and must be flexible to meet a variety of challenges. Expected to build and maintain positive relationships with business users to which they interact and exhibit a solid understanding of business concepts and practices.
