Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst, IT (Great Role!)

Do you have audit experience?  Like to work on projects and implement change management controls?  This may be the job opportunity for you....This role audits information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements for efficiency, accuracy and security.  Evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss.  Determines and recommends improvements in current risk management controls and implementation of system changes or upgrades.

 

Comply with process documentation including narratives/flowcharts, key control matrices, testing plans, IT dependencies and segregation of duties.  Adhere to testing guidelines with AIZ guidance for approach, sample sizes, timing and guality assurance procedures and communicating and training Internal Audit testers.Ensure that IT Internal Audit Department meets quality assurance requirements and timing issues. Assess the remediation plan, monitor its completion and report to local management.  Assist with external audit PBC requests for their IT SOX testing.



Requires a bachelor's degree in IT.  BS in Accounting a plus.  CISA and or CPA highly desirable.  Prior experience with Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.  Minimum 3 years experience in external or internal IT audit. 

 

Experience in IT Internal and/or External Audit, IT Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and/or IT Project Management.

 

Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadline.
