Securities Billing encompasses the account setup, invoice distribution, receivable process, and collection process in relation to billable services provided by SFS in the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Latin America.  This process is managed through many complex systems and processes.  It is a high-pressure environment as you are the face to the client and subject to numerous deadlines.  This team generates approximately 10,000 invoices per month totaling over $42MM.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and participate in the invoice production and deliveryVariance analysisThe ability to work within tight deadlinesOversee and participate in the booking of receivables and reconciling incoming payments.Oversee the collection of past due receivables.Ensure adherence to all audit policies and procedures.Effectively interact with other operating units.Review and approve workDevelop and implement continuous process improvements 

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent in experience5+ years related billing experiencePrevious experience in the securities industry (a plus)Proficient PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access)Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to learn new processes and introduce changeAbility to work in a team environment.Attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
