Stock Plan Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to be responsible for the company?s stock compensation programs (employee stock plan program, stock options and RSUs).  You will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and reporting under SFAS123R, forecasting the quarterly compensation charge and modeling the effects of changes in the plan to EPS impact. Other responsibilities include:

?  Managing the administration and tracking of new and existing company RSUs

?  Facilitating the exchange of on-line grant acceptances and other RSU files with E*Trade

?  Assisting in the release process of RSUs

?  Processing the quarterly ESPP program

?  Processing monthly reconciliations

?  Preparing monthly EPS calculation and stock based compensation expensing; assist with quarterly/annual reporting

?  Be the main contact with auditors for SOX compliance and procedures

?  Assisting in financial regulatory compliance initiatives

?  Be the main contact for our international branches regarding all three stock programs

?  Maintaining the international tax rates for stock purposes

?  Be responsible for tax reporting to our international branches

 A BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum two to three years? stock plan administrator experience preferred. Experience with Equity Edge Software and web based administration using E*Trade?s OptionsLink program is also preferred.
