The Structured Investments Sales Desk Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the internal sales specialists and driving proactive sales of structured investments from the internal desk.  Other responsibilities include: strategic business planning, development of annual operating plan and mentoring/development of the internal sales specialists.  Specific responsibilities include?

? Managing the daily activities of internal sales desk specialists

? Motivating the internal sales desk specialists

? Focusing sales efforts around monthly structured investment calendar

? Contributing to overall business planning

? Managing and reporting of the internal phone system and call metrics

? Developing training and continuing education programs for sales specialists, new hires and corporate interns
