Qualifications

Required

Excellent computer skills, including MS Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Has perfect attendance, an exceptional work ethic and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility.

Excellent multi-tasking skills while maintaining careful attention to detail with a serious commitment to accuracy and quality.

Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage time and priorities to meet challenging work goals on a timely basis with minimal guidance.

Preferred

Capable of conducting productive information searches using the Internet.

Collection of information for preparation and filing of Government reports and licensing applications.

Installation of software on PC's and providing 'help desk' support for new employees.

Bookkeeping or Accounting experience.

Office Management including maintaining inventories of and the purchasing of office supplies; maintenance of office equipment; development of filing systems.

HR experience in the areas of maintaining employment records, benefits and payroll.

Mortgage Industry experience.
