Position Description:

We are currently searching for a Supervisor to add to our dynamic Collections team. You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager. You?ll be responsible for coaching and motivating assigned team(s) to achieve team and departmental objectives. Establish and implement daily work schedules to ensure proper floor coverage. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to provide for more efficient collections processes.
Key responsibilities include:

? Ensure maximum productivity of assigned team in order to prevent/recover losses and secure company assets.
? Monitor daily work lists; enforces compliance with Triad?s Collection guidelines and procedures with current State and Federal laws in regards to all calling activities.
? Resolve issues and assists with difficult accounts via telephone and letter(s)
? Work with the collections support group to maximize use of call center technology.
? Monitor, approve and route accounts for all repossession, skip, bankruptcy, legal, and insurance claims and activities.
? Investigate, counsel, and document external agency, legal, or regulatory inquires or complaints
? Establish and implement work schedules to insure proper floor coverage.
? Supervise group which includes: candidate selection and retention; employee coaching and counseling; appraising performance to identify training, development needs; rewarding and recognizing employees; and adopting practices to ensure a positive and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate?s degree or equivalent combination of 3 ? 5 years related work experience.
The candidate must be able to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality results, and will also have good verbal and written communication skills; as well as good leadership, problem solving, analytical and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
