Position Summary:
The Support Analyst provides support to the Customer Delivery and Support Services Division by developing procedures and tools, to successfully implement products, and service our clients. The Support Analyst's acts as a liaison between the Product Management group and the Customer Delivery and Support Services Division (CDS). The Support Analyst possesses expertise in product functionality and product configuration, provides implementation and service training in these areas. The Support Analyst provides support to the Customer Delivery and Support Services Division by developing procedures and tools, to successfully implement products, and service our clients.
The Support Analyst provides implementation training to Project Managers on successfully implementing quality products for financial institutions. The Support Analyst must possess excellent project management skills and be able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources across multiple simultaneous projects, including, but not limited to, beta coordination across the various products and interfaces.
The Support Analyst must demonstrate a positive, team player attitude with a strong self-starting initiative. Individual will follow well-defined processes and procedures, but is expected to provide input on making innovative suggestions in the developing and improving these procedures.


Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Develop, proactively maintain and provide training on implementation and support tools, procedures, and resources for Digital Insight products, interfaces and third party vendors.
2) Manage product beta clients in an effort to understand new or enhanced products and interfaces and to develop implementation and support resources.
3) Collaborate with cross-functional resources, internal and external, to ensure the successful release of new products, interfaces and product features by participating in the SDLC (software development lifecycle) process
4) Provide support to CDS employees by assisting with evaluation and resolution of a variety of diverse and challenging issues; coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely resolution.
5) Partner with other DI departments to improve process efficiency, increase knowledge, improve service, and resolve issues.
6) Review and provide feedback on internal and external product release communications with the goal of ensuring clear, accurate information to meet Customer Service needs and client expectations.
7) Manage internal projects as assigned by Management to meet Department and Company goals.
8) Make suggestions for improvement to other internal processes as Support Services strives for continual improvement. Required ExperienceQualifications:
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent will bring with them:

College degree or equivalent industry experience required. Individual must have three or more years related experience in financial institution products and services and / or financial services software development, implementation or support. Must have an in-depth knowledge of Cash Management and / or Internet Banking. Experience in project management and training others required. Requires solid knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically Internet Banking or Cash Management functions. Individual must have excellent project and process management skills with an understanding of the product development process, be organized, detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, customer service and organizational skills.
