  The Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer would be responsible for consolidating different report requirements, perform Data Profiling and User Profiling in order to come up with a robust Dimensional Data Model to handle various reporting needs. That may include developing OLAP cubes to create a self-service reporting environment for different user group. The individual would support the development of the ETL process to feed the Data Mart created, help verifying and validating test results, provide detail turnover documentation. Assist users in acceptance testing and implementation. The individual should be able to document processes, determine gaps, and develop user acceptance test plans and scripts. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in the IT industry with track record on successfully going through all phases of SDLC.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or advanced degree

Skills Required: Business Process Analysis Successful candidate should be detail oriented, familiar with best practices on Software System Development, and able to perform reporting requirements analysis, especially in FINANCE area (Billing, Finance and Revenue Accounting). Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence skills Familiar with Database technology which also include Data Modeling, Dimension Data Design, ETL process and OLAP technology.

Technology Required: Familiar with Microsoft Operating System and development tools. Hand-on experience with Sybase and SQL-Server 2000 Store Procedures. Experience with Microsoft Data Transformation Service and Analysis Service. Good concept with the presentation layer using WEB technology. Familiar with Peoplesoft Application is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Service is a plus Knowledge of Panorama Nova view is a plus. Knowledge of MDX is a plus. Knowledge of Hyperion a plus. Knowledge of Oracle 9i a plus.
