TUITION PLANNING / FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR
Boston, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve student financial aid packaging and the enrollment show rate per class start
Exceed the budgeted class start goals
Support the admissions teams in delivering a full range of tuition financing options to prospective students
Assist other departments to accommodate the college's customer service expectations

WE OFFER TRAINING TO THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Experience providing value-added customer service in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to elicit cooperation and support from colleagues
Ability to overcome objections and structure solutions
Previous experience as sales representative, customer service representative or in a financial role a plus
Proven track record achieving daily, weekly and quarterly goals
Strong organization skills
Detail-oriented individual
Bachelors Degree
