Overview:

Relationship Management

Use creativity and innovation to identify client needs and match with SEI solutions

Management of 25 to 35 union and government market relationships ? DB and / or DC

Responsible for all client meetings and relationship management

Deliver Client objectives based consulting; asset liability, investments, account management

Work with sales in the sales process for new accounts

Identification of client cross-sale and referral opportunities and coordination with Enterprise sales

 

Total Solution Delivery

Corporate financial objectives identification

Objectives based consulting for benefit plans

Asset Liability/Asset Allocation advice

Investment solution support

Total solution management for benefit plans 

 

Required Experiences and Skills

Requirements:

 Qualified candidates for this position will have 7-10 years of Investment Industry experience with a minimum of 3 years managing relationships with Institutional Taft Hartley clients. Experience working with all types of institutional clients with a minimum $20MM in assets under management is required. Exposure to integrated Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans is highly desirable. Corporate finance experience is a plus. Experience working with highly visible and profitable accounts is desired. Along with servicing these relationships, the ideal candidate will show proven success with cross-selling additional investment products to clients.

 

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong client management experience, exhibit presence in both individual client meetings and executive board settings, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to successfully manage a consultative service process is required. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the management of Retirement Plans and the ability to quickly become familiar with SEI's institutional investment process.

 

 

 

Location and Travel 

This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Oaks, PA. Approximately 50% travel will be required.
