Team Manager, Client Srvcs (NCC Outbound)

Provide leadership and decision making support. Develop objectives and goals for the unit. Plan overall activities for a team of Individual Consultants responsible for outbound sales calls. Appraise, coach, and develop associates.? Evaluate the performance of associates and assess and communicate training needs. Administer corrective action and recommend merit increases and variable compensation awards. Consult with participants directly in unique, complex, and sensitive situations. Lead and/or participate in unit, divisional, inter-divisional, and corporate project teams. Develop and foster cross-unit business relationships. Coordinate the reporting of sales results to consultants, management, and business partners.

Bachelor's degree?and10 years of directly related financial services sales experience. Previous management experience. Work toward additional industry certification or designation (i.e. CFP, ChFC, CEBS, CMFC, CLU, etc.). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills, including effective decision-making, organizational, and time management skills. Must have state insurance licenses and NASD Series 6 or 7, 63, and 24 or 26 or the ability to attain within six months.
