Job Description: Document Technology Analyst
*Responsible for implementing and supporting output management technologies (print, document archiving and presentation, content management, document distribution and scan).
*Work closely with end-users to identify, analyze, design and plan content and/or distribution technology solutions.
*Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support and communicates periodically to users on systems status, system changes, problems, enhancements and potential impacts.
Requirements:
* 3 - 5 yrs. experience working in content management environment
* 3 - 5 yrs. experience in Application development.
* Experience with Filenet or similar software package.
* Experience in the following environement preferred: J2EE, UNIX (HP-UX/Solaris), Windows, Mainframe.
* Database experience preferred : MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase
* Knowledge of application design principles, practices, systems analysis and development.
* Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Information Systems / Management Information Systems is preferred.
