Teller Supervisor I (R135835-633-FT-Winfield)

Supervise teller department; set objectives and enforce teller policies, procedures and balancing parameters.Ensure appropriate staffing through hiring and scheduling; focus on employee/client retention and teamwork.Communicate performance standards and expectations to staff through coaching; provide feedback on employee performance.Monitor performance of department against plans and budget and work with Branch Manager to achieve branch goals.Attend appropriate sales meetings and play an active part in the sales process.
Required Skills:
