Temp/Contract Assignment – Corporate Events Scheduler

Tasks:

? Data Entry using Filemaker

? Maintenance of 1-1 Schedule Books for Accounts and Companies (Filing, Cross-checking etc)

? Tracking changes

? Follow up provided to Accounts and Companies

? Onsite assistance at Conferences (may involve travel)

? Phone Assistance for General Corporate Events line

? Develop and maintain schedules for accounts and companies in a strategic manner

? Assist with Client and Speaker Registration phones

? Other tasks as deemed by Corporate Events

 

Skill Set:

? Filemaker Pro proficiency mandatory

? Strong computer skills MS (Word, Excel), Adobe

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

? Very responsive to following up with internal and external clients

? Able to take direction and work in a team oriented environment

? Resourceful, Intuitive and quick thinker, Self Learner

? Excellent communication skills: phone and onsite presence with customers

? Able to produce results quickly, efficiently and accurately

? Excellent verbal and written skills

? Strong Technical and problem solving skills

? Experience in scheduling, coordination and problem resolution

 

**Date frame would be July 17-October 6.  Hours would be 8:30 am ? 5:00 pm but with some late nights and travel to East Coast for conferences
