JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Sigue Agents are in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT ACT and Sigue anti-money laundering policy and procedure.
Train Agents on AML policy and procedure and assist in program implementation.
Assist in training new Sales Representatives on AML policy & procedure
Conduct and follow up Agent Program Reviews.
Collaborate on special Compliance Department projects.

 

REQUIREMENTS
Computer proficiency.  Knowledge of MS environment, specifically Excel.
Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaison between Agent Network and Headquarters.
Ability to work independently from home office.
Ability to create meaningful reports for Management.
Must reside near major metropolitan area in available territory
