Responsibilities:

 

? Intense review and work of daily department reports

? Data entry

? Verification of titles, valid registration, documents using VINTEK title tracking program (will train).

? Heavy e-mail communication to update on statuses progress and resolution processes

? Tracks and works discrepancies

? Responsible for incoming mail and its distribution

? Overdue title follow-up

? Payoff document verification and title release

? First payment default title processing 

? Insurance claim title processing

? Work title conversions, second lien requests, title corrections, dealer compliance issues

? Processing Repossession Titles

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

? Requires an individual with high concentration skills and attention to detail

? Telephone skills required for communication interaction between departments, customers and dealers

? Various operating platforms

 

 

 

PREFERENCES:

- Bilingual

- 1year minimum Title/DMV experience
