The Trader will support the position of mortgage products held for orders and trading to client broker/dealers while shopping the street firms, evaluating and purchasing recent-issue bonds, establishing and trading appropriate hedges, pricing and trading to clients for orders. Will also support the design and maintenance of risk/sensitivity analytic systems on hedge position; provide the technical marketing support and education for sales personnel; support development of a secondary market in products coming in for bid and the creation/maintenance of marketing and sales support materials to describe product and provide back-up support for the trading desk on order execution and traditional MBS trading.



1.  2+ years fixed income trading experience, specifically in the Mortgage or ABS sectors, preferably at a top tier Investment Bank.

2.  Responsibility for Risk Management within the trading sector. 

3.  Experience in Agency and/or Non-Agency Mortgage or Asset-Backed products. 

4.  Analytics experience, specifically within an OAS framework. 

5.  Structuring and whole loan experience a plus.
