Trainer ? Loan Servicing Department

 

CashCall, Inc., located in Fountain Valley, is currently seeking an experienced Trainer to implement training programs that enhance the effectiveness and success of the Loan Servicing Department.  Applicant should be a seasoned professional, ideally with a collection, customer service and call center background.  Candidate must manage and direct the daily training activities of the Loan Servicing Department to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations with a focus on the development of new employees. 

 

Duties:

? Deliver basic professional telephone debt collector training, customer service training and new hire orientation using a variety of training delivery methods and tools

? Develop and propose strategies, policies and procedures that ensure the effective and efficient operation of the activities within the department at competitive levels. 

? Maintain quality control of employee's work by call monitoring, account reviews, and supervisor development.

? Coordinate and deliver compliance training for FDCPA and applicable state laws.

? Assess current training programs and make recommendations to improve their effectiveness.

? Assess internal employees skill levels and competencies, by conducting needs analysis, monitoring participant progress during training, implementing program changes and tracking results

? Coach and monitor new employees to increase their effectiveness

? Ability to perform needs assessments and architect an overall training plan and report to the Department Manager, concerning daily, weekly and monthly issues/successes of the Unit.

 

Qualifications:

? At least 3 years classroom experience

? 1-2 years of curriculum development

? College Degree or equivalent work experience

? Strong MS Office skills

? Extensive Knowledge of Voluntary and Legal Collection Processes

? Organizational Skills

? Attention to Detail

? Written, oral, presentation and public speaking skills

? Industry standard certifications, a plus

? Affiliations with professional training organizations, a plus
