Training Administrative Assistant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

The ideal individual will be a self-starter responsible for providing administrative support for the Vice President of Training and four Regional Training Managers.  Essential duties to be performed in this position include:

 Scheduling of new employees for training;Assisting employees with travel and housing arrangements through the duration of their 6 to 12 week training program;Preparation and maintenance of training materials;Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the training department;Additional miscellaneous duties as directed by the Vice President of Training.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience.  Extremely organized with attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, be a team player and have the proven ability to multi- task in a deadline-driven environment;Ability to effectively prioritize duties and efficiently complete responsibilities;Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Applications to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook;Proficient written and verbal communication skills;Must have demonstrated ability to function independently; Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability support a variety of different personalities.
