Training Analyst

This role reporting directly to the Vice President of Learning & Development, is project oriented including but not limited to: managing external vendors, conducting research, designing and implementing enterprise programs, coordinating with internal departments and managing new employee integration programs. An equal component of the role is providing administrative support for the VP and L&D team.

Manages several enterprise programs with high visibility, eg: Associate Volunteer Program, New Employee orientation, Employee Opinion Survey

Develop online training programs in support of enterprise functions, eg: Performance Management

Perform administrative duties including: scheduling training and coordinating rooms and necessary equipment, setting up meetings for the VP, ordering lunches for working meetings, scheduling staff meetings, assisting the VP with projects, ordering necessary supplies, providing additional administrative support for the VP and L&D team.

1-2 years experience

Proficient in MS Office: Word, Outlook and exceptional knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint a must.

Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of the company, resourceful, optimistic, high energy, ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects at once, detail oriented, motivated, thrive on a "spur of the moment" atmosphere.

Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent work experience
