Transitions/Conversions Project Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transition of retirement plans and institutional services accounts to and from M&I.  Leading clients and consultants through implementations decisions impacting the transition and future account administration.  Coordinate the review of plan, trust and custodial documents, obtain executed copies of required documents and amendments.  Establish and negotiate administrative services agreement and procedures consistent with law, regulations, plan provisions and client preferences.  Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance is preferred.  Two to five years experience in Retirement Plan Services is desired.  Administrative, relationship or participant accounting experience is desired.  Lead client meetings and communications, review and interpret plan and trust documents.  Knowledge and experience relating to Trust and Participant accounting system features, capabilities, requirements and tax considerations.  ERISA, plan design, regulations and compliance issues related to retirement plans.  Overtime required as needed.
