Treasury Analyst

Position Description:
? Participate in preparation of material for Rating Agency meetings.
? Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize division financial forecasts, meeting the requirements of division and corporate customers.
? Administration of global covenant compliance, including those contained in Public Indentures, the Revolving Credit Agreement, Leases, and other Agreements.
? Administer global lease financing program.
? Participate in the management of banking relationships, including modeling and reporting.
? Participate in the execution of capital market events as they relate to the management of Corning?s capital structure and liability portfolio.
? PeopleSoft division Subject Matter Expert.
? Provide decision support and analysis to Treasury Staff, as required. Could include projects and assignments in Global Credit, Pension, Risk Management and Treasury Operations.
? Provide financial analysis on various projects as assigned by the Manager, Corporate Finance or the Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Finance.
