? Identify and analyze underserved market segments and design or enhance products to meet demand or better serve the market segment.

? Stay abreast of changes in the market to identify new distribution opportunities or new markets and design/deliver products to meet this need.

? Evaluate the economic viability of delivering product into the marketplace and coordinate the implementation of this product idea, including justifying the potential spend to develop the product. 

? Create a framework for identifying and validating development ideas, which would include working closely with experts in sales, operations, technology, and OGC, both inside and outside the US.  This would also require the definition of market research needed to test ideas and coordination with Marketing to execute the research.Work closely with Marketing and Advisory to deliver advice based approach to lending, including development of tools to support the effort. Qualifications:


? Bachelors degree;  MBA a plus

? Minimum of 7-10 years experience, preferably in a bank or in strategy development practice of a consulting firm. Must have a broad understanding of the Lending marketplace

? Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply findings in creative, but practical ways

? Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with sales force and management

? Good communication skills, both written and verbal

? Ability to function autonomously, assume ownership of issues, and multitask

? High energy and results oriented

? Ability to lead a team
