VP of Portfolio Acquisitions

Credigy Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a successful Vice President of Portfolio Acquisitions to join our executive management team in Suwanee, GA.

 

The core responsibility of this position will be to drive the acquisition of charged off credit card portfolios. Credigy will re-enter the purchasing market assertively after having been passive for a period, so it is critical that this person is highly driven and excited by this challenge.  This individual should be ready to ?hit the ground running? and must have previously established relationships with both sellers and buyers in the market.

 

The right candidate will be excited about making a significant impact to the bottom line of the company, have a high level of initiative and a ?make things happen attitude.?  An entrepreneurial mindset and passionate drive for success is critical.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

?  Generate transactions through an existing network of contacts in the industry, primarily focused on credit cards, with future expansion into additional market segments (healthcare, telecom, HELOCs, etc.)

?  Build the company?s acquisition power through the development of key industry contacts; continuously developing, maintaining and growing relationships with sellers and buyers

?  Understand and evaluate market pricing for acquisitions and align the company?s purchasing and selling strategies accordingly

?  Work in close partnership with the pricing/due diligence team to ensure optimal pricing on acquisitions

 

Required Experience:

 

?  5-10 years industry experience

?  Direct acquisition experience, including the successful closure of a minimum of 20 transactions of $1 MM or more in investments, preferably more and with the majority from charged-off credit cards

?  Must possess an extensive network of industry contacts to facilitate immediate access to transactions on both the buy and sell side

?  In-depth knowledge of the industry?s market pricing and terms for buying and selling portfolios

?  Demonstrated success as a senior level sales executive; must be able to identify prospects and close deals

?  Prior experience with negotiating contracts and purchase agreements
