Summary:
Process & prepare loans for submission to underwriting utilizing automated underwriting systems. Process & prepare loans for submission to Credit Officer. Has Level 3 underwriting access.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
?Analysis of credit, income & liability information
?Telephones
?Review & Clear commitment conditions
?Review appraisals
?Calculate self employment income
?Reconcile credit reports
?Resubmit loan to LP prior to ?clear to close?
?Maintain 10 day letter follow-up systems for missing docs
?Pipeline management

 

Position Requirements:
High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years work experience in mortgage processing or two (2) years college degree with a minimum of two (2) years work experience in a related field or four (4) year college degree in Finance

Computer Skills
