Vice President, Acquisitions

 

Our client is a private principal equity investment firm focused on unlocking the value of real estate through net lease portfolio transactions, located in Princeton, NJ.  They are an active portfolio buyer of long-term, net-leased restaurant, retail, office and industrial assets with a transaction size ranging from $5-to-$500 million.  A subsidiary of a major Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, our client leverages the experience of a 30-year investment history, investing its own capital to offer a variety of terms and structures, providing unparalleled service, pricing and execution for our transaction partners. 

 

Our client seeks opportunities from companies seeking to expand operations, recapitalize or create liquidity through their real estate assets.  Our client provides compelling value to tenants, developers, private equity firms, and real estate investors seeking to execute sale-leaseback transactions, develop single-tenant properties or finance business turnaround efforts. 

 

The Vice President, Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying, executing and closing net-lease investments across the country.  Travel is required.  Key responsibilities include: sourcing and identifying direct investment opportunities which meet the company?s investment parameters, coordination of the transaction process with other departments including Underwriting/Due Diligence, Legal, and Asset Management, presenting and defending investments to the investment committee and maintaining current market information and contacts in order to source and quickly react to investment opportunities.  Travel is required.  Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
