Responsibilities: 

 

The qualified candidate for the RPM position would possess a basic understanding of Defined Contribution plans and have outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 

 

The RPM will drive the growth of RG New Business assets within an Advisory Group Region for the following products in plan >$5-$75M in assets  401(k), DC, NQDC, DB. The RPM will develop and manage specific branch campaigns, training meetings and other activities to stimulate FA activity with RG products and to continue servicing Tier I and II FAs. The RPM will manage MLConnect partner sales personnel within their region to gain access, stimulate activity and close business with FAs.Qualifications:

Must be Series 7 & 66 registered or obtain both within 3 months.
