? Manage all facets of approximately 15-20 portfolio accounts representing loan commitments of approximately $200 million.

? Take a leadership role in the negotiation and structuring of transactions.

? Lead the underwriting of line of credit renewals, new credit requests and amendments for existing customer base including preparation of credit memorandums in conformity with policies.

? Develop strong relationships with the CFO, Controller, President and/or key decision makers of the company.

? Work closely with sales throughout the entire transaction process.

? Review and negotiate loan documents in tandem with inside/outside counsel.

? Input and assure the data integrity of the loan and customer information database. 

? Historical and projected financial statement modeling and analysis.

? Mentor AVP and other junior team members.

? Special projects as directed by Team Leader.

? Collection and detailed analysis of financial statements and other monitoring requirements.

? 7 ? 15 years credit underwriting experience, preferably in a major money center or regional bank environment.

? Possess a combination of strong analytical, interpersonal and written communications skills.

? Strong computer skills.Self motivated, with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.Team player.Leveraged finance modeling and analytical skills.Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task/prioritize.An undergraduate degree required
