Vice President of Branches

With $425 million in assets, SRP Federal Credit Union located in North Augusta, South Carolina is seeking an energetic and highly motivated professional to join their senior management team.  This individual will be responsible to lead, plan, and direct the credit union?s branch operations, ATMs and delivery services to its membership while providing uniformity of the daily operations throughout the organization. The successful candidate will evaluate, monitor and report on the effectiveness of operational activities, interface with all disciplines within the credit union to attain and exceed organizational goals and objectives, and have the ability to enhance a sales/service culture by providing exceptional member service.  Must have strong analytical, technical and management skills coupled with strong lending acumen.  Excellent written and communication skills required to meet or exceed operational and strategic objectives.  Bachelor?s degree plus seven to ten years experience within a financial institution required.  Include reference #1060 when responding.
