The ideal candidate must have:Minimum of five years related experience. Proven track record of expanding an existing sales platform. Proven track record of building a national sales team from the ground up. Strong track record of recruiting, developing and training top sales people. Attention to detail regarding administrative details (i.e. sales reports, monitoring and tracking results). Ability to train and motivate new employees to become top performers. Create high energy levels, employee loyalty and excitement amongst the sales team. Ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to coach the sales team regarding account development.
