Vice President of Operations

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced ?start-up? company in the rapidly growing area of automotive floor plan financing.  We are seeking a VP of Operations to report directly to the CEO and become a key member of the executive management team.

 

The VP of Operations is responsible for the overall management and execution of the company?s operations including loan origination and underwriting, loan servicing and all relevant risk management activities.  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of related experience in the automotive floor plan financing industry.

 

Job Requirements Include:Technical knowledge of and hands-on experience in automotive floor plan underwriting / credit analysis, loan servicing, documentation and risk management.Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.Proficient with MS Office Suite of Applications.Ability to multi-task and work under intense deadline pressures.Strong project management skills, especially with respect to building a systems and control environment from the ground up.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organizational development and leadership skills needed.7+ years of related experience in the automotive floor plan financing industry.College degree required.
