Responsible for the sale of investment management and trust administration services within an assigned territory Provides high quality, sophisticated financial counseling, guidance and client service to prospective clients Teams with Portfolio Managers, Wealth Management Directors, in coaching the Wealth Management Advisors in the consultative sales process required for asset management, fiduciary and other wealth management products and services to achieve assigned goals Establishes strategic working relationships with the Wealth Management Advisors, Wealth Management Directors, Institutional Relationship Managers, Individual Consultants and others in developing investment management and trust administration solutions for current and future clients Assists the Wealth Management Regional VP, Portfolio Manager Team Leader, and Directors in charting sales strategy and direction in assigned terriotry Thorough knowledge of prudent and fundamental financial, investment and estate planning practices including a broad knowledge of all TIAA-CREF products and services

Bachelors degree  Registered Investment Advisor Agent or combination of NASD Series 7, 65 examinations Strong knowledge of investment management, advisory, managed IRA and trust administration services Superior sales, communication, negotiation and closing skills Prior High Net Worth sales experience preferred Up-do-date knowledge of technical requirements, complex federal and state laws and regulations affecting the financial, investment and estate planning environment Strong and current knowledge of the competitive environment concerning investment management, trust administration and financial services In-depth knowledge of and ability to use the full capabilities of Siebel CRM systems Local or regional travel required Valid US driver's license
