Wealth Management Administrator

 Growing, North-side, Registered Investment Advisory firm seeks highly motivated, well-organized individual to join our team.

 

Reports to: Director of Operations

 

Functions:

Responsibilities include:  Generation of reports used in client meeting presentations.  Assist in maintenance of investment portfolio accounting system.  Assist in equity, fixed income and mutual fund trading.  Assist in maintenance of internal financial information using Quicken.  Serve as a backup to Client Service Administrators providing operational and administrative support to portfolio managers, answering and directing telephone calls, assisting in meeting preparation, correspondence preparation and follow-up as necessary. Complete general administrative tasks and special projects as needed. 

 

Requirements:Exceptional organizational skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasksExcellent communication(written and oral) and customer service skillsWell developed telephone skills: Courteous, professional, articulate, and accurateProficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to learn and comprehend financial and investment related conceptsWorking knowledge of investment portfolio accounting and trading systems, or desire and ability to learn.Working knowledge of Quicken considered a plusCollege Degree preferred, but not requiredInvestment industry experience highly desirable
