Web Content Coordinator Summary:
Responsible for ongoing content maintenance of IXIS Advisors Group websites. Work with other members of the E-Commerce team to implement major enhancements and technical changes to the firm?s websites. Interface with internal and external contacts to assist in the development and update process.

Responsibilities:
Content ownership
Maintain the following content areas:
? Order Literature (PDF files)
? Prospectuses ? including supplements (PDF files)
? Financial Reports (PDF files)
? Newsroom ? including press releases & 3rd party article reprints
? Career Opportunities
? Shareholder & financial representative newsletters (PDF & HTML)
? Fund holdings
? Firm-specific separate account and wrap pages
? Separate account performance #s, holdings and characteristics
? And others as appropriate
Front-end development
? Create and/or update HTML and ASP pages ? including tables, forms & images
? Optimize graphics for web pages and e-mail templates using PhotoShop
? Create and manipulate PDF files using Adobe Acrobat
General
? Coordinate the review and approval of site content by the Compliance department
? QC work prior to sending to project managers for final review and/or uploading to production
? Participate in QA of all new/enhanced e-commerce applications

Skills/Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree, 1+ year of Marketing experience with emphasis on Web-oriented projects required
? The qualified candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills
? Requires experience in using Microsoft Office suite, Dreamweaver, Adobe?s Acrobat and PhotoShop
? Knowledge of HTML is required
? Individual must possess good judgment, ability to take initiative and to work independently as well as with a group
? Should possess the ability to work on a variety of projects at once and demonstrate flexibility

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
? Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
