Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

JOB SUMMARY

 

Our Account Executives are responsible for developing long-term and productive relationships with mortgage brokers within a designated territory. You'll solicit and manage leads that are generated through the company's marketing efforts, as well as develop leads from your own efforts.  As an Account Executive, you will structure loans in the field using our state of the art systems in order to meet our underwriting guidelines. Our Account Executives also act as liaison between Nationstar Mortgage and the broker throughout all phases of the loan process.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

The successful candidate for this position will have 2+ years prior experience in mortgage industry, preferably as a Wholesale Account Executive. Proven ability to develop and manage a client base, multi-tasking and superb organizational skills are required. The ability to demonstrate good disciplines in working within a structured lending environment is critical.  Knowledge in all state laws and regulations and excellent communication and presentation skills are required.  High school diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred.
