Help JLM Direct Funding be a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry by acting as the Mortgage Loan Processor/Wholesale Lender who serves customers; prepares mortgage loan file; confirms mortgage loan application information; obtains mortgage loan documentation; identifies mortgage loan application and documentation problems; prepares closing statements and informs borrowers; keeps information accessible; maintains customer confidence; updates job knowledge; accomplishes bank mission.

Qualifications

Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation.

Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs. Must have a "can do" attitude.

Has superior organizational skills. Ability to work on several different tasks daily.

Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.

Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.

Skilled at tracking, analyzing information needed to accomplish financial objectives, and recommending appropriate adjustments.

Basic experience using Excel, Lotus, or other applicable accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
