Work Director II

Job Description: ? Prioritize and distribute incoming work to maximize operating efficiencies and meet deadlines.
? Provides daily feedback to employees on production/procedural issues.
? Provides training to staff; establishing clear and consistent expectations
? Coach and counsel employees as directed by the supervisor to accomplish developmental objectives.
? Compile and document statistics used to measure the department?s service quality.
? Inputting production and quality check statistics into the appropriate spreadsheet, and send monthly reports.
? Assist manager in monitoring employee performance/team productivity. Provide manager with written documentation for use in employee?s file.
? May be called upon to assist with production to meet deadlines.
? Determine appropriate staffing levels to manage peak volumes.
? Manage special projects including planning, implementation, task assignment and follow-up; accountable for the successful completion of these projects.
? Maintain contact with existing customer to identify product/service needs and to identify problem issues.


Minimum Qualifications: ? Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
? Must be able to work a flexible 8-hour business day anywhere between the hours of 6AM-7PM In addition, some overtime may be required from time to time depending on business volumes.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
? Ability to occasionally lift a 30-40 lb. box of files
? Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to show professionalism in dealing with staff, internal and external customers
? Ability to work individually and as a team player.
? Familiarity with Mortgage loan documents
? PC Experience


Preferred Skills: ? Familiarity with WINCMSS database is strongly preferred
