Work Force Manager (137836-514)

Data Entry of site wide weekly schedules, oversee workforce forecasting and analysis to increase call center effectiveness and efficiency. Take historical information and combine with forecasted data to determine appropriate staffing levels that are needed on an hourly basis to achieve desired service levels. Identifies root cause analysis and recommends solution for staffing levels. Analyzes absenteeism including tracking and recording attendance for 275+ employees, and maintaining employee?s attendance files. Responsible for delivery of any and all company attendance policies and or disciplinary actions

Required Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task with strong attention to details. Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. Analytical/problem solving skills. Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate in adverse situations.
Experience Required:
Broad overall call center knowledge preferred. Confidentiality and integrity is a must.
