Contracts Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Strategic Alliance group servicing Waters "Top 20" global customers. A key aspect of this role is to balance key accounts vs the remaining equally important customers.

In this role, the position holder conducts proposal/contract preparation, pre-contract data collection and administration of global, strategic and government contracts. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy as well as customer specification and requirements and conformance to master agreements. Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions, initiates documentation. May get involved in some contract negotiation.

Will additionally be responsible for the interface to Customer File Group and IT for construction, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of worldwide customer hierarchy and customer pricing files, manage the necessary links of global and strategic contracts in SAP, works with Waters Legal Department to refine contract wording and understands the implications of the program's global pricing formulae (includes commercial list, MAPPS, discounting windows, FX, FX windows and Geographic Zone factors). Will interface with MAPPS and KM databases, with correct contract pricing and supporting docs, for ISO reporting and compliance purposes.

Knowledge of GSA and State Government Contracting procedures is a plus.
