This position is responsible for assuring compliance with all pricing and reporting requirements for Federal and State programs and as legislated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Veterans Administration. The individual will also administer the Medicaid Rebate Program including dispute resolution when necessary. This individual will assist in the managing and administration of all contracts and extensive quarterly reporting requirements for CMS, VA, DOD, 340B and other government agencies; interpret laws and implement operations to ensure Genzyme?s compliance in these programs and stay current on current and future legislation and establish processes to ensure compliance as well as analyze impact on the business.

Bachelors Degree with 2 plus years experience with Government Pricing.
