Director of Site Operations and Assistant Director of Site Operations

Summary

Tessada & Associates, Inc. intends to prime the USCIS Service Center Operations Act.  We are looking for Senior Management candidates to staff our Laguna Niguel Service Center Facility.  Qualifications for Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers are as follows:

 

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Critical Experience:

?  Understanding of organization and workings of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in particular

?  10 years experience in managing contracts that include:

o Mail room operations and processing

o Remittance Processing

o Records Management

o Data Processing

o Correspondence Processing

o Handling of data covered by the Privacy Act

?  Management experience on contracts in excess of several hundred people

?  Longevity in support of contracts in similar size and scope

 

Required Experience

?  Fifteen years of Program Management of large scale processing programs with a proven track record of managing schedule and budget

?  Demonstrated interpersonal communications skills

?  Knowledge of, and experienced in administering SCA type contracts (WD, CBA)

?  Thorough understanding of immigration and naturalization process

?  Experienced in or possess a complete understanding of application and/or remittance type processing
