POSITION SUMMARY: This individual will review solicitations and draft/model contracts/subcontracts for actual or potential issues; prepare or assist Business Development staff with cost proposals; receive, prepare, review, and execute Teaming Agreements with potential sub and/or prime contractors; complete RFPs/RFIs; receive, review, and execute final contract/subcontract documents; prepare, issue, negotiate, execute, and administer contracts; prepare correspondence with customer's contractual point of contact regarding ongoing issues, responses to questions, reports/deliverables, change proposals, etc.; represent Company at contract review meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum of six to eight years experience in Government and commercial contract administration.??
