Government Subcontracts Administrator

Continuous interface, coordination and negotiations with Business Manager, and Project Managers. Timely and professional preparation and negotiation of proposals for contract modifications and IDIQ task orders. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Establish and administer commercial contracts. Serve as subcontracts administrator.

Qualifications :
Requires a BS/BA or higher degree in a related business field plus three (3) to five (5) years experience administering Government contracts (cost reimbursable, FP, T&M, IDIQ). Must have extensive experience in contract and subcontract administration, and developing, estimating and negotiating proposals for contract changes, modifications and task orders. Also requires in-depth knowledge and use of FAR and NFS, and knowledge/experience with commercial contracts.
