Housing Finance Coordinator
HOUSING FINANCE COORDINATOR ? Dakota County CDA is seeking a Housing Finance Coordinator (HFC) to coordinate and administer its housing finance programs. This position is key to agency growth and new development and requires in-depth knowledge/experience with financing programs such as Housing Tax Credits, Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, local housing trust funds, and Tax Increment Financing. The HFC must possess thorough knowledge of mortgage lending and be able to analyze complex financing data. The ability to build partnerships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, as well as excellent poise and presentation skills are essential. Examples of duties include developing and applying for financing packages for CDA developments, underwriting, structuring financing, project management, contract negotiation, and ensuring proper administration and program compliance. Minimum of 5 years related education/experience required. Starting salary $4,059 - $4,750/month DOQ. Excellent benefits. This position will remain open until filled.
